How to find us
From the A19 North and South Take exit for A174 in direction of Whitby, Teesport and Redcar then B1380 Acklam, passing Nature's World and Ormesby Hall. Turn left at sign for Middlesbrough Centre and Southlands Centre. Turn right at mini roundabout into Southlands Centre.
From A66 West and East Turn off on roundabout to North Ormesby, turn left at the traffic lights and go straight over next traffic lights. At T junction turn right onto Ormesby Road. Keep straight on over traffic lights and roundabouts. Past Unity City Academy, turn left at next roundabout signposted Southlands Centre.
From A174 East Take exit for A171 to Ormesby, Cargo Fleet and Guisborough. At junction turn right towards Ormesby and Cargo Fleet. At roundabout turn left onto B1380 for Acklam. After the Fountain Pub take the third right signposted for Middlesbrough and Southlands Centre. Turn right at mini roundabout into Southlands Centre.
